PECO II designs and manufactures power equipment and systems to meet the needs of public networks and enterprise customers. Power systems are the fundamental building block of all networks, ensuring reliable power to
support all types of communication systems. Understanding the customer’s application and knowing how to create the appropriate solution is a key differentiator for PECO II. The company’s products and services provide solutions that range from Central Offices and Mobile Switching Offices to Cell Sites to Cabinets and Customer Premises.
PECO II offers 48 Volt Power Systems that range from 3 Amps to 10,000 Amps and 24 Volt Power Systems that
range from 50 Amps to 2000 Amps. The wide variety of solutions comes in multiple packages to meet the needs
of the customer. Large Central Office systems are offered in centralized and distributed configurations. Midsize
CO and Cell Site systems are offered in racks, box frames or rails for mounting in cabinets. Small systems are
mounted in shelves that are ideal for rack or cabinet mounting.
PECO II augments its power systems portfolio with a broad range of distribution, monitoring and ancillary power
conversion products. Categories include Battery Distribution Fuse Bays and fuse/alarm panels; site monitoring and alarming systems; and DC/DC converters and DC/AC inverters. The company also supplies a variety of outside plant power and equipment cabinets.
PECO II offers a full suite of services to support power installation and maintenance. The company provides full
turnkey solutions including Engineer, Furnish and Install capabilities for Central Offices and Mobile Switching
